Guides and recipes

The HealthSathi Editorial Team researches and writes the guides and recipes on this site.

How we write

Every health claim is checked against the sources listed at the end of the article, such as the World Health Organization, the NHS, India's ICMR–National Institute of Nutrition and peer-reviewed research. We note when each source was accessed and review guides regularly.

What we do not claim

Our guides have not been reviewed by a medical professional unless the page says so. Our recipes use standard home-cooking quantities; recipes that have not yet been kitchen-tested say so on the page. We do not publish nutrition figures unless they were calculated with a documented method.

Read our editorial policy to see how we choose sources and correct mistakes, or tell us about an error.
