Corrections policy
How to report an error and how we correct published content.
Last reviewed:
Draft: this policy still needs business details from the site owner before it is final.
We want HealthSathi to be accurate. If you think something we published is wrong, unclear or out of date, please tell us using the contact form and choose "Report a correction".
What happens next
- We check your report against our sources and, where needed, newer evidence.
- If we agree there is an error, we correct the page.
- For meaningful corrections (anything that changes the facts or advice), we add a dated note in the article's "Corrections" section explaining what changed.
- Small fixes such as typos are corrected without a note.
[Owner to confirm: how quickly you aim to respond to correction reports.]
We do not remove criticism or quietly rewrite advice. If a whole article no longer reflects the evidence, we update it clearly or unpublish it.
